This hotel was a fantastic find. the location couldn't have been better, with the St Catherine metro stop directly outside the front door. It was easy to explore the area and there were plenty of seafood restaurants around. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a map and great advice about the city. And lastly, the rooms had a beautiful view and were well-equipped with basic amenities. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.
All in all, our stay in this hotel was absolutely perfect.

The room I stayed in at Hotel Welcome was the Egypt room and it was absolutely stunning. The exterior and interior were both gorgeous, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. The bed was comfortable and I had a great view from the room. The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the main attractions in the city center. The staff was friendly and recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant, which I visited twice. I will definitely be staying at this marvelous hotel again to try out the other themed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The originality of the rooms, each one being designed in a different style, which makes the stay at the hotel feel like a tour of the world (mine was "Tibet", with a balcony). The attention to detail - there were guidebooks in the room, plus a coffee making facility. The location: right next to a metro station. The place is both quiet and close to the Grande Place.

Small bathroom but large shower. Plenty of room for two and the hot water did last for quite some time;)
Double bed was two twin sized beds pushed together as one. No food or drinks allowed in room (additional fees for deviations)

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the city centre and located right across the metro station entrance. You'll find yourself in a nice square with lots of amenities around you. The rooms are uniquely decorated and the bathroom is quite big. The AC in the room made it comfortable for us.
The breakfast could have been better and it was quite pricey for what was offered.

This is a non-standard hotel, located right in the centre in Brussels. Rooms are very nice and they are named (not numbered!) according to the world region their furniture is coming from. This provides a break from the usual all-the-same international business hotels. WiFi is free in the entire hotel and works fine. Location is great, on place St. Catherine, with plenty of good restaurants around and just in front of the metro station. The hotel staff is very helpful.
Breakfast is a bit basic. Corridors are narrow, The hotel reception closes at 11 PM so inform the hotel if you are arriving later.

Nothing could have been better.

Location is great, a lot of restaurants in the vicinity
It is a made-up 2 star hotel which pretends to have 4. Far too expensive. Only take it in consideration if other hotels are full in Brussels.

I liked the idea of country-themed rooms. I enjoyed my night in "Congo". It certainly beats the boring run-of-the-mill hotel room! The location right next to St Catherine metro station is very convenient. The staff are friendly. The free Wi-Fi was good.
There was a little street noise.

We absolutely loved Hotel Welcome! The interior design was stunning, and the themed rooms were a unique and delightful touch. The staff was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the City Centre, with no need for public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of food for a great price. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it!
No issues.
